§1. General Provisions
1. The online store available at www.bjjstore.pl is operated by:

2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, delivery, payments and complaints.
3. To use the Store, a device with internet access and a web browser is required.
4. The Customer is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
§2. Definitions
- Store – online store operated at www.bjjstore.pl
- Seller – Aliaksei Ramanchyk, VAT No.: PL7831917176
- Customer – an individual, legal entity or organizational unit placing an order
- Consumer – a Customer who is an individual making a purchase unrelated directly to business activity
- Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract
§3. Placing Orders
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the website www.bjjstore.pl.
2. To place an order, the Customer:
- selects products and adds them to the cart,
- provides delivery details and selects a payment method,
- accepts the Store's Terms and Conditions,
- confirms the order by clicking "Order and Pay".
3. After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation to the provided e-mail address.
4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller.
§4. Prices and Payments
1. Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and run promotional campaigns.
3. Payments are processed by the Przelewy24 system (PayPro S.A.). Available payment methods:
- online bank transfer,
- BLIK,
- credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).
4. The Customer is required to make payment within 3 business days of placing the order.
§5. Delivery
1. Delivery is made within Poland via InPost.
2. Delivery costs:
- InPost Parcel Locker – 15.99 PLN
- InPost Courier – 19.99 PLN
3. Free delivery on orders from 299 PLN.
4. Delivery time is 1–2 business days from the moment of dispatch.
5. Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller in writing at: biven3000@gmail.com.
3. The goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, within 14 days of withdrawal.
4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.
5. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the chosen delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
§7. Complaints
1. The Seller is liable for product defects under the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Complaints should be submitted to: biven3000@gmail.com or in writing to the Seller's address.
3. A complaint should include: name and surname, address, description of the defect, date the defect was found, and the Customer's claim.
4. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt and inform the Customer of the outcome.
5. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will replace the defective goods, repair them, or refund the price.
§8. Personal Data Protection
1. The controller of Customers' personal data is Aliaksei Ramanchyk, ul. Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 21/2, 60-514 Poznan, Poland.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, complaint handling and – with the Customer's consent – for marketing purposes.
3. Detailed rules for personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available at bjjstore.pl.
4. The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete and transfer their personal data.
§9. Final Provisions
1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes on the Store's website.
3. Any disputes arising from sales contracts will be resolved by the competent common court.
4. The Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including through the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
5. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 01.06.2026.
