1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment.
2. How to submit a return?
- Send an e-mail to info@bjjstore.pl with the subject: “RETURN – order number [XXXXX]”
- Include in the message: order number, product name, and bank account number for the refund
- Send the product back to: Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 21 lok. 2, 60-514 Poznań, Poland – within 14 calendar days of submitting the return request
After receiving and verifying the item, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days.
3. Return conditions
The return will be accepted if the product:
- shows no signs of use
- has original tags and packaging
- is complete
Used, washed, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.
4. Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending with proof of dispatch — we are not responsible for lost parcels.
5. Complaints (statutory warranty)
If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint (Article 556 of the Civil Code).

- Include a description of the defect and photos
- Processing time: up to 14 calendar days
If the complaint is accepted:
- product replacement, or
- full refund
Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by us.
